Our family business was founded in 1973 which is both a source of great pride and slightly unsettling (read terrifying).

I have over 25 years of consumer and business-to-business marketing and strategy experience, helping companies of all sizes, as well as individuals, to grow their brand and increase profitability.

I dedicate a great deal of time to building relationships with my clients. Understanding how their businesses operate, and learning about the needs of their customers, is key to both building an effective brand strategy and successfully delivering on measurable business goals.

As director of Brown & Brown, I lead a team of talented marketing, design and digital development professionals working on a wide variety of projects. Spanning from SEO and PPC campaigns, through websites and bespoke business logistics software, to high volume brochure print runs, and specialist coffee table book design and print.

Specialities: business development, marketing strategy deployed through digital and traditional media, information architecture, Photoshop whizz, InDesign guru, hoarder of Lego.

Sarah Nippress Studio manager

Meet Sarah who has been with us since 2014 and is our studio manager, company accountant and, more often than not, your first point of contact when you need our services. She will distribute your query to the correct member of staff and, being the self-acclaimed ‘nagger’ of the team, will ensure that it’s dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Out of the studio, Sarah enjoys family holidays in Cornwall, playing netball and she is a keen photographer.

Meet Nick, he is the technical lead at Brown & Brown. He is responsible for analysing technical requirements, developing solutions and supporting clients in achieving their long term marketing goals.

He loves coding and resolving difficulties. As far as Nick is concerned, every problem is an opportunity to learn something new.

When not in front of a laptop programming, Nick is happiest outdoors on a route march with his trusty dog Monty, biking around the local woodlands with his family, or reading obscure books about the gaming industry in the eighties and nineties.

Meet Rik, our creative lead at Brown & Brown. Rik is responsible for the design behind our websites and client branding. Whilst Rik loves to be creative he believes that great design isn't superficial. It encompasses everything; from the code to the visuals and that's the key to designing a great product.

Rik is also a keen artist and when not designing on his Mac he prefers a more analogue approach and can be often found getting his hands inky creating lino prints which he exhibits locally.

In his spare time Rik runs a local youth football club and has a range of hobbies from cooking to playing tabletop rpgs.
