William Pye

There have been four iterations of the William Pye website in the last 17 years. The first version was launched in 2002 as a simple HTML site. 2006 saw a complete overhaul, with a content management system added, allowing all of his work to be databased. Redesigns then followed in 2010, and most recently in 2015.

The expansive database of works, designed with scalability in mind, remains in place today.

Each site has always needed to meet extremely high standards in order to reflect the amazing high profile work that Bill and his team have created.

As his profile grew, so too did the scale and scope of the work we were asked to produce.

With growing recognition, it became clear that his life's work deserved a book.

In 2010 we published his first book, “The life and work of William Pye”. The project took a year but the results were impressive and the response was overwhelming.

Volume 1 was so successful in raising his profile that in 2017 we published his second edition. Both have received outstanding reviews and achieved critical acclaim amongst a wide and diverse audience that his works clearly appeal to.

The first brochure was so successful in raising his profile by presenting his beautiful work in a large format design that it developed to become a limited edition set of 3. We produced a new edition every 2 years to incorporate the amazing works of that period.

Each had very expensive metallic stock covers with silver foil text finish.
